Accommodation: Shared rooms in a serene lodge with stunning mountain views. Single rooms available for an extra fee.

Meals: All vegetarian meals featuring delicious and healthy Nepali cuisine. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided daily.

Instruction: Led by Dr. Chintamani Gautam, a highly respected yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience in mindfulness and meditation techniques, assisted by experienced yoga instructors.

Additional Information:

  •  Travel: Transportation to and from the retreat location is included, with airport pick-up and drop-off.
  • What to Bring: Comfortable clothing for yoga, a warm jacket for evenings, and a water bottle. A detailed list will be provided upon booking.
  • Suitability: Open to all levels of yoga experience. Participants should be comfortable with basic physical activity. Consult a doctor if you have physical limitations before booking.
  • Booking and Cancellation Policy: Atleast 10% payment is required to secure your spot. Full refund for cancellations 7 days or more before the retreat. 75% refund for cancellations 1 days before the retreat. No refunds for cancellations on the start date.

  • Q1. Does participation require any yoga experience?

    All levels of yoga experience are welcome to attend this retreat. Participants should, however, be at ease with simple physical activities. Please check with your physician before making a reservation if you have any physical restrictions.
     

  • Upon booking, a comprehensive list of suggested things will be sent. It is advised to wear comfortable yoga attire, a warm jacket in the morning and evening, a water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat.
     

  • Yes, there is a daily program including yoga lessons, meditation sessions, meals, and rest time. The retreat description includes an example of an itinerary. Day 4 is all about applying what you've learned and getting ready to go.
     

  • Please visit our website or contact us directly for booking information.

  • Payment of at least 10% is needed to guarantee your seat. If you cancel at least seven days before the retreat, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel one day before to the retreat, you will receive a 75% refund. If you cancel on the start date, there are no returns.

     

  • The retreat will be held in one of two stunning sites, near Kathmandu, Nepal, known for their stunning views of the mountains: Nagarkot or Dhulikhel. The exact location will be confirmed upon booking.



     

  • Included in the package are round-trip airport shuttles from Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) to the retreat site.


     

  • The weather in Nagarkot/Dhulikhel varies according to the time of year. In general, the weather is pleasant, with chilly evenings.
    When the date of your retreat approaches, we advise you to check the weather prediction.




     

  • Wi-Fi availability varies based on the retreat's location. If having access to the internet is crucial to you, please ask.




     

  • Nepal provides numerous travel choices. You can book extra nights before to or following your retreat with our assistance.
