Accommodation: Shared rooms in a serene lodge with stunning mountain views. Single rooms available for an extra fee.
Meals: All vegetarian meals featuring delicious and healthy Nepali cuisine. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided daily.

Instruction: Led by Dr. Chintamani Gautam, a highly respected yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience in mindfulness and meditation techniques, assisted by experienced yoga instructors.
Additional Information:
- Travel: Transportation to and from the retreat location is included, with airport pick-up and drop-off.
- What to Bring: Comfortable clothing for yoga, a warm jacket for evenings, and a water bottle. A detailed list will be provided upon booking.

- Booking and Cancellation Policy: Atleast 10% payment is required to secure your spot. Full refund for cancellations 7 days or more before the retreat. 75% refund for cancellations 1 days before the retreat. No refunds for cancellations on the start date.
